Alcohol Age Restriction Policy

We only serve alcohol to customers of legal drinking age according to Vietnamese law, which is 18 years old and above.

(2)- Age Verification:
Customers may be asked to provide identification to verify their age before placing an order at the counter.

(3)- Information Security:
All personal information used for age verification will be kept confidential and strictly comply with regulations on personal data protection.

(4)- Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol sales to any customer whom we suspect is underage or has issues related to alcohol consumption.

(5)- Social Responsibility:
We encourage responsible alcohol consumption without exceeding one's own safety threshold. For customers choosing to consume alcohol at Solar Sky Bar, we recommend arranging alternative transportation if you are unable to drive safely. Our staff will assist in arranging taxi services if needed.

(6)- Children Under 18 Accompanied by Family:
We are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience for all customers, including children under 18 years old.
Children will be guided and served with non-alcoholic beverages such as fruit juices or bottled water.
